HE1000se (open-box)

Junk, I had to return the first pair due to a defective slider which cost me £25 that I was told would be paid back (never was). The new pair turned up with a much thinner and cheaper metal band, which I would have returned for a full refund, but that would mean I was out an extra £50 in postage.

I would never buy from HiFiMan again; even the return felt dodgy, sending it to some house in Falkirk.

They are built like junk, sound good but the build is in the toilet. This is my third pair of headphones and the most expensive from this brand; this pair is the worst-built headphones I have ever used!

Buyer beware!

Hifiman sent the wrong headphones ( stealth magnet not se) and are ignoring my emails

Fantastic sound quality, a little bit sharp highs and could be physically wider fit but overall great

I bought the HE1000SE open box a month ago, the headphones arrived in new condition, the sound is incredible as expected.

Ordered HE1000SE ‘opened box’. Item arrived indistinguishable from new. Very impressed!
